Capable of withstanding up to 30% cold deformation, supporting bending, flaring, and reducing processes with a finished product yield rate of ≥ 97%.
✅ Surface Treatment Compatibility:
The seamless surface is suitable for galvanizing (Zn ≥ 8 μm), chrome plating (Cr ≥ 0.3 μm), painting, and other treatments. In neutral salt spray tests (ASTM B117), corrosion resistance exceeds 500 hours, meeting both aesthetic and protective requirements for hardware products.
