Properties
Chemical Composition: Nickel content: 50%-55%, Chromium content: 17%-21%, with appropriate amounts of Iron, Molybdenum, and Niobium, as well as small amounts of Manganese, Carbon, Copper, and other elements.
Physical Properties: Density of approximately 8.19 g/cm³, melting point ranging from 1260-1340°C, elastic modulus of around 200 GPa, shear modulus of about 80 GPa, moderate thermal expansion coefficient, and high thermal conductivity.
Mechanical Properties: Exhibits excellent performance over a wide temperature range from -253°C to 700°C. Below 650°C, it possesses the highest tensile strength among wrought heat-resistant alloys. Additionally, it offers outstanding fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Manufacturing & Processing
Manufacturing Methods: Primarily includes hot working and cold working. Hot working methods such as forging and hot rolling improve the alloy's microstructure and properties. Cold working processes, including cold rolling and cold drawing, enhance dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Processing Performance: Easily processed into complex-shaped components. It can be joined using various welding techniques, such as argon arc welding and electron beam welding, ensuring high-quality and reliable welded joints.
