1215 easy cutting steel is an environmentally friendly material that, compared to 12L14, does not contain lead or harmful substances to the environment. It has good cutting performance and is suitable for general electroplating shafts, cutting materials, and general parts. Due to its accurate accuracy and good surface condition, easy cutting steel products can be directly used, such as spraying, sanding, bending, drilling, and can also be electroplated directly after precision drawing according to actual requirements, saving a lot of machining time and the cost of configuring processing machinery.
